12:00 PM – 1:15 PM – Lunch (with Sponsor Round Robin and Speaker)

1:30 PM – 3:00 PM – Session 3 – All About Grants

3:00 PM – 3:15 PM – Break

3:15 PM – 4:45 PM – Closing Session – What’s Coming to the Carolinas

Up to 7 PDHs will be available.

Fees

Public Agency Registration – $75 – One attendee that is a public agency employee, retiree, or student. Includes anyone that is not currently employed with a privage agency or company.

Private Agency Registration – $150 – One attendee employed with a private agency or company.

Sponsorship – $500 – Includes recognition at the event and an opportunity to speak briefly during lunch to promote your company and/or product. Registration not included.

Food (breakfast, lunch, snacks) is included with the cost of registration. Food at the social on Monday night is also included.

Hotel Reservations

We have reserved a block of hotel rooms here. Please use the code CESITS.

NCDOT employees using the 2-day registration should not reserve a hotel room through Embassy Suites by Hilton. ITS Carolinas will reserve a room for you.

COVID Policy

Proof of vaccination is not required to attend this event. If you are not vaccinated, we ask that you wear a mask.
